After some particularly heavy snacking the night before, what I needed the next morning was a healthy, cleansing green smoothie. The result wasn't too sweet and a great breakfast that left me feeling balanced.
I made some extra so I could have it as a snack for the afternoon as well!
Makes 4 servings:
1 large fuji apple
1 c. chopped carrot
2 c. kale
2 c. watermelon
1 c. water
1/2 avocado
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 T ground flax
1 T hemp hearts

I'm loving the Vincent Longo foundation for its ability to blend into my skintone and look like I'm not wearing any foundation while blurring all my imperfections. It's a weightless formula so it feels like nothing as well!
